DoorGuard is a $19 per month garage door protection membership for standard residential garage door systems. It is month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
Your membership includes one annual professional tune-up and safety check, priority scheduling for diagnostics and repairs, and discounted member rates on repair labor during your active term. Parts and any major repairs are quoted separately and approved by you before work begins.
We aim to schedule member visits quickly, typically same-day or next-day for urgent calls, subject to availability in your area. Service is performed by licensed, insured professionals.
Membership is billed monthly to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your membership will end at the close of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Membership benefits apply to one residential garage door system per plan and are intended for normal homeowner use. Pre-existing damage and conditions found at the first visit are quoted as standard repairs.
DoorGuard provides maintenance and repair services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will let members know. Continued membership means you accept the updated terms.
