When you join DoorGuard or request service, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, address, phone number, email, and information about your garage door. We also collect basic usage data to keep the site working well.
We use your information to set up and manage your $19/month membership, schedule your annual tune-up and any service visits, send confirmations and reminders, and improve the program. We do not sell your personal information.
Membership payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Your card details are used only to process your monthly membership and any services you approve.
If you opt in to text updates, we use your number to send service and account messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will not share your number for unrelated marketing.
We share information only as needed to deliver your membership, for example with the technician handling your visit, and as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
